Refund policy

We hope you love your House of Untamed purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached

To arrange a return, please email info@houseofuntamed.co.uk with your order number.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• If a return is lost in transit, a valid postage receipt and proof of postage will be required in order for us to investigate the return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
